Today, May 8th, 2024--the 79th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day-- Ms. Anderson's World History students began their unit on World War II by looking back on the first days of this six-year confrontation with Germany. While students enjoyed tea and scones, they listened to radio recordings, looked over newspapers, and watched newsreels, all from September 3rd, 1939, when Britain declared war on Germany. It is always exciting when History comes to life!

Thank you Nurse Val for looking out for the well being of our Falcons!
Happy School Nurse's Day!

Have you thanked a teacher for helping your child SOAR? It is a good week to do it! Happy Teacher Appreciation Week Falcon Educators!

The REACH class is still collecting plastic and needs your help! Plastics in this category are plastics such as shopping bags and salt bags. Please do not include frozen food bags. We are currently well short of our 1000 lb. goal. Please bring in any plastic you have to help us reach our goal. We accept plastic donations from businesses as well.

We are lucky to have AMAZING teachers at ACGC! We thank them for helping our students SOAR!
