ACGC Public Schools Superintendent Search

Q & A with MSBA

The Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA) has been retained by the ACGC School Board to assist with the District’s upcoming superintendent search. As part of that process, next Tuesday MSBA will host a Q & A with MSBA session to ensure all district stakeholders have access to accurate information regarding search processes and expectations.

This online session will occur November 30 at 5:30 pm via Zoom, and all stakeholders are invited to attend (meeting link will be available that day on the District website). To accommodate busy schedules, as well as ensure access and transparency, the session will also be recorded and made available on the District website for the remainder of the search.

Questions for the Q & A may be submitted in advance here: Deadline for submission of advance questions is Tuesday, November 30 at noon, and questions may also be submitted that evening via the chat box in Zoom.

Superintendent Search Survey

The School Board of ACGC Public Schools is conducting a search for a new superintendent. The School Board contracted with the Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA) to provide guidance and assist the District with the search.

The School Board met on November 17, 2021 to plan the search. Community and staff input regarding the superintendent search is now requested, and a public survey is available for stakeholders to fill out beginning November 19 to December 5, 2021 (this survey is available in both English and Spanish). All responses to the survey are anonymous, and MSBA will summarize and provide an overview of comments for presentation to the School Board. Information from this survey will provide valuable input for the Board to consider as they move forward in selecting the next superintendent for ACGC Public Schools.
